These Terms govern your use of the My Hayfever app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
My Hayfever provides pollen forecasts, symptom/medication/food tracking, reminders, and an optional community feed. The App is for general wellness and information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms and medication.
You can use the tracking features without an account. Posting to the community feed requires signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
When you post content to the feed, you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or that infringes anyone's rights, and you must not abuse other users. You can report content and block users within the App. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the App.
Only post content you have the right to share. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide your information and use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any unauthorised access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of your data — including where your data is accessed, acquired, or received by a third party — arising from or in connection with your use of the App, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights you may have under data protection and consumer law.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
